Exclusive Networks has launched a dedicated ServiceNow business to support partners across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The new business follows the companyโ€™s agreement with ServiceNow announced in July and combines the ServiceNow AI Platform with Exclusive Networksโ€™ cybersecurity expertise, vendor ecosystem and partner network across Europe and the Middle East.

Exclusive Networks ServiceNow Business Highlights

The business will support existing ServiceNow partners looking to expand their cybersecurity capabilities, while helping Exclusive Networks partners develop offerings that connect specialist cybersecurity technologies with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower. This is intended to help partners prioritize risks, coordinate remediation and integrate security workflows with broader business operations.

Exclusive Networks is expanding the new business through a specialist team in Ireland and plans to open a new office in Q4 2026 to support partners across the region.

Claudette Atkinson, Global General Manager โ€“ ServiceNow at Exclusive Networks, said, โ€œWe have moved from agreement to execution at pace. In a matter of months, we have built a dedicated business that is operational, and ready to support partners across Europe and the Middle East focused firmly on the cybersecurity opportunity.โ€

“This is a clear investment in the ServiceNow ecosystem and in the specialist capability partners need to grow within it. By bringing the ServiceNow AI Platform together with our cybersecurity expertise, vendor ecosystem and local market knowledge, we can help partners connect security insight with the people, processes and workflows required to act.โ€

โ€œOur ambition is to help partners move from product delivery towards outcome delivery. That means supporting them beyond the initial technology deployment, staying engaged throughout the customer lifecycle and helping turn adoption into long-term customer value.โ€

Michael Park, SVP of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, said, “Security is where AI gets real. Customers don’t need another tool, they need to know what’s running in their enterprise, whether it’s secure, and how to act on it fast. Exclusive Networks moved from agreement to a live business in a matter of months, exactly the speed the market is demanding right now.”

“With the ServiceNow AI Control Tower, partners can govern and secure any AI, any model, and any stack. Exclusive Networks brings the specialist security ecosystem and local market reach to put those capabilities to work for customers across Europe and the Middle East. This is co-innovation turning into customer value.”
