ASUS, in collaboration with Intel has announced the opening of its AI Lab at the Directorate-General of Education in Al Dhahirah Governorate in Ibri. The AI-focused project by ASUS Education aims to drive innovation and advance AI adoption across the education sector.
AI Lab supports Oman’s ongoing efforts to upskill students, empower educators and foster research. AI plays a key role in Oman Vision 2040, reflecting its commitment to AI readiness and building a knowledge-based economy.
ASUS AI Lab Highlights
According to ASUS, it has designed the AI Lab to utilize its lineup of AI-ready devices. The facility includes rugged Chromebooks, AI PCs, and all-in-one (AiO) for classrooms and labs, and AI-ready devices tailored for advanced research.
Powered by the new Intel Core Ultra processors, the devices include built-in AI features to enhance productivity, creativity, and performance. AI tasks are handled using the processor’s CPU, GPU, and NPU working together. The AI Lab features a range of ASUS devices, including the ExpertBook P3405, P5405, B1403, and B3405 business laptops, along with ASUS All-in-One PCs.
