Dataiku Launches Agent Management to Track AI Agent Performance

⏱️ 4 min read

Dataiku has announced Agent Management, a standalone product designed to give enterprises visibility into the AI agents they are running across different platforms. The product measures business and technical performance and flags agents that pose potential risks.

Dataiku said Agent Management addresses the gap between the growing adoption of AI agents and enterprises’ ability to monitor and manage them. The company cited IBM research showing that fewer than one in five organizations maintain a complete and current inventory of their AI systems.

“Ask a bank how many servers it runs, and you get an answer to the decimal. Ask how many AI agents it’s running, and you get a shrug or a guess,” said Florian Douetteau, Co-founder and CEO of Dataiku. “Nobody set out to build it this way. Teams built agents faster than anyone could count them.  Agent Management tells you what’s actually out there, and what it’s actually worth.”

    How Agent Management Works

Agent Management connects with enterprise platforms including AWS Bedrock, Databricks Agents, Google Vertex, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Foundry, Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex and Dataiku. It also supports OpenTelemetry for custom environments.

The product scans agents into a single inventory and identifies their underlying tools and models. For higher-risk agents, Dataiku said it maintains records of certification status, identified risks and scheduled tests, providing an evidence trail for managers, auditors and regulators.

Dataiku positions Agent Management as a platform-agnostic layer across different agent environments. It is designed to provide visibility across the broader agent portfolio, including which agents are unmonitored, where risks are concentrated and how their costs compare with business value.

    Availability

Agent Management will be generally available in October 2026.
