One of the flagship solutions developed by the CoE is HP Agent One, an enterprise agentic AI solution that manages IT service requests and incidents from start to finish. It supports Arabic language capabilities, understands requests, creates and routes tickets, resolves issues and escalates to humans where necessary, said HP.
FlowMaster is another HP-developed solution being advanced in Dhahran, using optical character recognition (OCR) and multimodal AI to analyze documents and automate complex administrative processes.
