Riverbed has announced new Network 360 offerings that combine 360° network visibility with agentic AI to help network operations teams troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and predict potential disruptions. The offerings integrate Riverbed IQ and Q with its AppResponse and NetProfiler solutions, while NPM+ extends network visibility across remote users, Zero Trust and public cloud environments.

Agentic AI for Network Operations
Riverbed IQ provides the AI layer for NPM 360, using causal, predictive, generative and agentic AI to help network teams correlate evidence, identify potential causes and investigate emerging issues. Riverbed Q adds a natural-language interface for investigating network performance without switching between multiple tools and dashboards.
AI Integration Across Riverbed Network Tools
Riverbed IQ and Q are now integrated into AppResponse and NetProfiler, bringing AI capabilities into the network observability tools used for packet capture, flow monitoring and analytics.
NPM+ extends visibility across remote users, Zero Trust environments, data centers and public cloud. Riverbed said NPM 360 combines packet, flow and endpoint-derived network data to help teams identify performance issues, assess their impact and accelerate troubleshooting.
