NMK Electronics Expands Connected Workplace Offering with MAGO

NMK Electronics has signed MAGO, as part of its growing unified communications and collaboration portfolio in the Middle East. NMK aims to build a robust connected offering for modern workplaces, bringing together hardware, software and room experience under one umbrella.

With businesses across the region looking for meeting spaces that are easier to use, more consistent and less reliant on fragmented tools, NMK sees MAGO as a timely addition to its portfolio. The platform is designed to simplify how teams share content, present, collaborate and manage room workflows, helping create meeting environments that feel intuitive from the moment users walk in.

For NMK, the signing also reflects a wider shift in what customers are asking for. Rather than isolated products, consultants, integrators and end users are increasingly looking for joined-up solutions that work reliably across different room types and collaboration needs.

“MAGO comes into the portfolio at the right time,” said Suhed Mohammed, Business Unit Head, UC at NMK Electronics. “Our partnership with MAGO opens a new chapter in how organizations think about their meeting spaces. End users today want solutions that are agnostic, flexible and effortless, and MAGO delivers exactly that. It brings a fresh perspective to collaboration, giving teams a space that feels natural and works the way they do.” He added: “With MAGO on Neat, organizations gain flexibility on top of quality, which elevates the overall experience. This step broadens what we can offer the market and creates exciting possibilities for customers looking for simpler, more agnostic workplace experiences without compromising on meeting quality.”

What makes the offering particularly relevant is MAGO’s balance of ease and capability. While the user experience is simple, the platform supports a broader set of collaboration needs including content sharing, digital whiteboarding, room control and workflow integration.

Its compatibility with Neat also strengthens the proposition for customers already investing in high-quality UC environments. From a design and deployment perspective, the partnership is expected to benefit multiple layers of the channel.

Consultants gain a future-facing option for connected space design, integrators can reduce complexity in deployments, and end users get a more reliable and consistent experience across rooms and sites.

Cristiano Fumagalli, Co-Founder and VP of MAGO, said: “We are pleased to partner with NMK. Their regional expertise and understanding of modern collaboration needs are closely aligned with our mission. Together, we will deliver connected meeting experiences that enable organizations to work more efficiently and communicate more clearly. Today, that requires simplicity, the flexibility of Bring-Your-Own-Meeting, and seamless cross-platform interoperability. MAGO is built for exactly that, a unified experience that works across devices, platforms and rooms.”

Over the next 12 months, NMK will focus on awareness, demonstrations, education and real-world deployments. With MAGO now part of the portfolio, the company is further strengthening its ability to support customers with solutions that are not only technically strong but also grounded in how people work today.
