Swedish House Mafia Sounds, Now On Nothing Phone

GRAMMY Award-nominated electronic music titans, Swedish House Mafia are making sounds from their upcoming album available to the masses. In a first of its kind collaboration with London-based consumer technology company, Nothing, fans will have the opportunity to mix the sounds of Swedish House Mafia into their own bespoke smartphone ringtones via Nothing’s new Glyph Composer from August 1.

The new Glyph Composer allows Nothing’s Phone (2) and Phone (1) users to create their own Glyph Ringtone, a sequence of sounds and corresponding lights on the back of Nothing’s smartphones. Once users find their rhythm, they can hit the record button and produce their very own Glyph Ringtone using the exclusive Swedish House Mafia Glyph Sound Pack drawn from new music (or simply use the artists’ preset ringtone).

The DJ supergroup are early believers in Nothing and have been investors since the company was founded in 2020. They most recently unveiled their new single, ‘See The Light,’ which notably serves as the first release from the EA Sports’ Formula 1 Soundtrack Album. The song debuted at the F1 Monaco Grand Prix.

Nothing’s  Glyph Interface was designed to encourage users to be more present in their everyday life, by providing essential information through lights and sounds on the back of its smartphones, which in turn helps to diminish the constant need to look at a screen. Now, Swedish House Mafia and Nothing have joined forces to elevate the Glyph interface experience, through Glyph Composer, as a way to further spark creativity.

Swedish House Mafia are set to release a new live album from their Paradise Again world tour this Friday that will act as a capstone for that album’s era. In the meantime, the trio have been teasing out another new song “Ray of Solar” at recent performances, demonstrating that they have no intention of slowing down. The Swedish House Mafia Sound Pack will be available to all Nothing Phone (1) and (2) users from August 1.
