TripleFast Middle East Migrates to Epicor Kinetic Cloud

⏱️ 3 min read

TripleFast Middle East has successfully migrated to the cloud with the deployment of Epicor Kinetic, to support its ongoing digital transformation. According to Epicor, the move has already delivered operational gains, reducing quotation turnaround times from as long as 10 days to as little as two days, a reduction of up to 80%.

“This project was never about a single milestone,” said Ian Hamilton, Finance Director MENA-APAC at TripleFast Middle East. “It’s about continuous, incremental enhancements into the business. When you refine quoting, improve scheduling accuracy and strengthen data discipline, those gains rapidly compound. That’s where real competitive advantage lies. In manufacturing, precision and predictability matter. The cloud gives us the foundation to keep improving.”

Epicor Kinetic Cloud in Action

One of the most significant improvements has been in the company’s quoting process. Previously, cost calculations were handled in spreadsheets and manually transferred to the ERP system. With Epicor Kinetic, quotes are now generated directly in the system using structured part codes and integrated costing. Epicor said this has reduced quotation turnaround times from up to 10 days to about two days, while improving pricing accuracy, traceability and margin control.

To further enhance commercial accuracy, TripleFast customized the product configurator to reflect the complexity of its engineered products. Sales and costing teams input key product specifications, such as dimensions and material grades, into the configurator. The system either references existing part codes or automatically creates new ones, with cost data calculated through embedded logic. This integration ensures that part creation, costing and quoting are synchronized within a single environment, supporting both speed and consistency.

Operational visibility has also been strengthened through the deployment of advanced production scheduling. TripleFast refined its bills of operations and embedded detailed machine times within the system to enable more precise planning. Delivery buffers and need-by dates are now incorporated into scheduling logic, providing clearer timelines for both production and sales teams. Real-time dashboards allow sales teams to track order status directly, reducing internal bottlenecks and improving predictability across departments.

“This has fundamentally changed how we operate day to day,” added Hamilton. “We’ve moved from reactive processes and fragmented data to a far more structured, transparent environment. Our teams are spending less time chasing information and more time acting on it. That shift not only improves efficiency internally, but also strengthens how we engage with customers, because we can respond with greater speed, accuracy and confidence.”

“Manufacturers across the Middle East are under increasing pressure to deliver greater agility without compromising precision,” said Vibhu Kapoor, Regional Vice President – Middle East, Africa & India, Epicor. “TripleFast’s migration to Epicor Kinetic deployed in the cloud demonstrates how a modern ERP platform can drive measurable improvements in quoting speed, operational visibility and data integrity. We are proud to support their continued journey of incremental innovation.”
