Opinion: The Future of Conversational AI in the UAE

The government’s proactiveness to adopt this cutting edge technology is quickly rubbing off on businesses too as scores of companies in the UAE deploy chatbots to enhance customer experience. In a region as diverse and dynamic as the UAE, this technology is pivotal in bridging linguistic and cultural divides, elevating customer experience, and streamlining operations across various sectors. AI systems now are better equipped to handle Arabic dialects, which has been a significant challenge in the past.

According to a report by PwC’s Strategy& Middle East unit, GCC countries are expected to gain approximately $23.5 billion in economic benefits by 2030 as investments in generative AI continue to rise.
