Pure Storage has announced it will rebrand as Everpure. The new name reflects the company’s evolution from transforming storage to shaping the future of data management.
The company also signed a definitive agreement to acquire 1touch, a data intelligence and orchestration company that provides a unified view of enterprise information. With 1touch, Everpure aims to strengthen its data management capabilities, making data more secure, accessible, intelligent, and ready for use.

By integrating storage with 1touch’s ability to discover, classify, contextualize, and enrich data across all datasets and any environment—Everpure will ensure enterprise data is inherently AI-ready at the source. This will allow organizations to transform raw data into actionable insights faster than ever.

Pure Storage will begin trading as Everpure on the New York Stock Exchange as of March 5, 2026. The ticker symbol (NYSE: PSTG) will remain unchanged.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q2 FY27. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
